Top 1 @ Ramly Burger
These burgers are usually known as 'Ramly Burger' (assuming that Mr. Ramly came up with it) and are sold almost in all neighbourhoods as it is a successful franchise chain. Strategically situated at the corner of the streets near schools or along the main roads, these stalls are easy to identify. You would be surprised at the never ending queue waiting to purchase these succulent and lips smacking burgers.
Top 2 @ Bak Kut Teh (Non-Halal)
The name literally translates as “Meat Bone Tea”, and, at its simplest, consists of fatty pork ribs simmered in a broth of herbs and spices (including star anise, cinnamon, cloves, dong guai, fennel seeds and garlic) for as long as possible , i.e. days if possible. However, additional ingredients may include offal, varieties of mushroom, choy sum (vegetables), and pieces tofu puffs.

Satay is a must try dish. Unique to Asia, with roots back to Indonesia and Malaysia, satay consists of skewers of grilled meats with a sweet peanut sauce.

It’s stir-fried thick yellow noodles with sliced pork, shrimp, squid and vegetables cooked in lard and pork and shrimp broth with its beautiful black color from thick caramel sauce.
